Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Infor WFM Workbrain. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications and acting as the primary point of contact for the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Infor WFM Workbrain. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: In-depth knowledge of Infor WFM Workbrain. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other Infor products such as Infor HCM, Infor EAM, or Infor LN. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infor WFM Workbrain. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
