Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the project and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP MM Materials Management applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SAP MM Materials Management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Strong understanding of SAP MM Materials Management processes and functionalities. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM modules. - Hands-on experience in SAP MM integration with other SAP modules. - Knowledge of SAP MM master data management and procurement processes. - Familiarity with SAP MM reporting and analytics tools. - Solid grasp of SAP MM best practices and industry standards. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
