Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, providing technical guidance and support to the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Provide expertise in Microsoft Azure Data Services, leveraging its capabilities to develop scalable and efficient applications. - Contribute to the development of project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects, meeting quality standards and client expectations. - Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Azure Data Services, incorporating them into the application development process. - Additional Responsibility 1: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. - Additional Responsibility 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems and platforms. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based application development. - Strong understanding of data storage and management in Microsoft Azure. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory. - Hands-on experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure Cosmos DB. - Solid grasp of data security and compliance standards in Azure. - Knowledge of Azure Functions and Logic Apps for serverless application development. - Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and version control. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
