Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and testing process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the project - Provide technical guidance and support to the team - Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design solutions - Oversee the development and testing process - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project - Expected to perform independently and become an SME - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems - Ensure timely delivery of projects - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Train and mentor junior team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Data Warehouse ETL Testing, Agile Testing, Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT) - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) - Experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java or Python - Familiarity with version control systems like Git - Ability to write clear and concise test cases - Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
