Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Power BI, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user manuals, and test plans. - Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, adhering to project timelines and budgets. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI. - Experience in designing and developing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. - Strong understanding of data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis techniques. - Experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design. - Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory. - Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power BI. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
