Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing support and guidance to junior team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle. - Contribute to the development of project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables. - Ensure the successful implementation of projects, meeting quality standards and client expectations. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of applications. - Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and recommend innovative solutions to improve application performance and functionality. - Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Advanced Reporting. - - Strong understanding of Workday Advanced Reporting and its functionalities. - - Experience in designing and developing complex reports using Workday Advanced Reporting. - - Knowledge of Workday Core HCM modules and their integration with Advanced Reporting. - - Familiarity with Workday security and data access controls. - - Solid understanding of data structures and relational databases. - - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - - Relevant years of experience as a senior-level employee in Workday Advanced Reporting is required. - Mandatory to have Workday certifications
