Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and effectively communicate project requirements and progress. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of high-quality applications within the specified timeline. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the application development lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure applications. - - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in an Agile development environment. - - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. - - Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
