Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the project team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of the application. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. - Ensure compliance with coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with UNIX Shell Scripting. - Solid understanding of software engineering principles and practices. - Experience with application design, development, and deployment. - Experience with database design and management. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
