Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the quality and timely delivery of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Ensure the quality and timely delivery of applications. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Strong understanding of integration concepts and technologies. - Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions. - Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and its various services. - Experience with API management and integration patterns. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
