Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the project. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EBS Financials. - Strong understanding of Oracle EBS Financials modules and their integration. - Experience in leading and managing Oracle EBS Financials implementation projects. - Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Oracle EBS Financials modules. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle EBS Financials R12. - Experience with Oracle EBS Financials data migration and conversion. - Knowledge of Oracle EBS Financials best practices and industry standards. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving Oracle EBS Financials issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
