Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting issues, conducting code reviews, and ensuring the quality of deliverables. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in OpenText Documentum, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions. - Oversee the development process and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText Documentum. - Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications. - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with content management systems. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Knowledge of software testing and quality assurance processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in OpenText Documentum. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE or BTECH degree is required.
