Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business requirements and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Assist in the evaluation and selection of software solutions. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading the design and development of applications. - Knowledge of database management systems and SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with software testing and quality assurance processes. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
