Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. With your expertise in Siemens Teamcenter and extensive experience in packaged application development, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design solutions that meet the business needs and align with best practices. - Oversee the development and implementation of applications. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to the team. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter, packaged application development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - In-depth knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and its modules. - Expertise in configuring and customizing Siemens Teamcenter. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Siemens Teamcenter. - Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - An Any degree is required.
