Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle. With your expertise in SAP Purchasing (MM PO) and extensive experience in Packaged Application Development, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in SAP Purchasing (MM PO) and Packaged Application Development. - Should have influencing and advisory skills to provide guidance and recommendations to the team. - Engage with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into technical solutions. - Responsible for making team decisions and ensuring the successful delivery of applications. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and contribute to solving business area problems. - Collaborate with developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the application development process. - Lead the design and architecture of applications, considering scalability, performance, and security. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, guiding them in best practices and ensuring their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Purchasing (MM PO), Packaged Application Development. - Strong understanding of SAP Purchasing (MM PO) and its integration with other modules. - Experience in designing and implementing SAP Purchasing (MM PO) solutions to meet business requirements. - Knowledge of SAP MM (Materials Management) and its integration with SAP Purchasing (MM PO). - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Purchasing (MM PO) functionalities. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba. - Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Hands-on experience in implementing various machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, decision trees, and clustering algorithms. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP Purchasing (MM PO). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
