Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. - Utilize your expertise in Japanese language to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members. - Ensure delivery excellence by implementing best practices and processes, and continuously improving the quality of deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Japanese language. - Good To Have Skills: Delivery Excellence. - 18+ years of experience in Software Development. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
