Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in SAP BTP Application Development will be crucial in driving innovation and providing technical guidance to the team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Lead the development and implementation of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of the applications. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. - Experience in designing and developing scalable and secure applications. - Hands-on experience with SAP Cloud Platform and integration technologies. - Solid knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development and SAP HANA database. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI). - Recommendation: Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins and Git. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
