Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. With your expertise in SAP ABAP Development, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and Advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP ABAP applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges. - Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP ABAP Development. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Development principles and concepts. - Experience in designing and developing SAP ABAP applications. - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with other systems. - Hands-on experience with SAP development tools and technologies. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP ABAP programs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
