Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP ABAP Development for HANA, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions for HANA, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance to team members. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions for HANA, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP ABAP Development for HANA, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Extensive experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of SAP HANA database concepts and architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform. - Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including ABAP Objects, ALV, BAPI, and IDOCs. - Experience with SAP development tools, including Eclipse, ABAP Development Tools, and SAP Web IDE. - Experience with SAP integration technologies, including SAP PI/PO and SAP Gateway. - Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. - Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP ABAP solutions for HANA. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
