Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that application development aligns with business objectives, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and overseeing the implementation of solutions that meet user needs. You will also be responsible for guiding the team through challenges and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the development process, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in application development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management. - Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles. - Experience with project management methodologies and tools. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in System Integration Delivery Management. - No location constraints - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
