Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve key objectives. Your expertise in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance will be crucial in driving the implementation and customization of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design and development of applications using SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timeline and budget. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture and functionalities. - Experience in implementing and customizing SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems. - Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology. - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A BE/MCA degree is required.
