Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns. - Collaborate with business users to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions. - Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing. - Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or defects. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting, SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with other SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP CO. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance modules. - Knowledge of integration points between SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting and other SAP modules. - Experience in leading end-to-end implementation projects. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years of regular education is required.
