summary As a Delivery Lead for an SAP project, you will be responsible for leading the end to end project delivery, which includes effort to support, design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact for the client. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP MM Materials Management and also drive other cross functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of impactful solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Delivery Lead who supports the Application Management and Application design for SAP S/4HANA applications, ensuring the successful delivery of impactful solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for all application-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to cross-functional teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications, utilizing your expertise in SAP MM Materials Management. - Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery of all project milestones and deliverables. -Manage Client SLAs and KPIs -Manage Risks, Actions , Issues and Decision logs - Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience leading end to end SAP Projects Expertise in SAP MM Materials Management. Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, and SAP Fiori. -Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
