Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. - Lead the design and development of applications, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Oversee the testing and deployment of applications, ensuring their functionality and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that arise during the development process. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend innovative solutions. - Ensure the delivery of high-quality applications within the specified timelines and budget. - Conduct regular code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful completion. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development. - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience in designing and developing complex data models using SAP HANA. - Hands-on experience with SAP HANA development tools and technologies. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of SAP HANA models. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA administration and monitoring. - Knowledge of SAP HANA security and authorization concepts. - Experience in integrating SAP HANA with other SAP modules and systems. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
