Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture to develop and maintain high-quality applications that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture-based applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize application requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards for application development. - Act as the primary point of contact for application development, providing regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues. - Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality applications, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP UI5 Development and SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of application development best practices and standards. - Experience with Agile development methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
