Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure SAP Trade Management applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Understanding of End-to-End functional aspects within Trade Promotion Management 2. HQ Planning, Target / Funds Management, Account Planning, Promotion Planning, Scenario Planning Promotion Execution, Pricing, Claims, Settlements and Pre / Post Event analytics 3. Should have functional skills to independently configure below modules in SAP Trade promotions Management Trade Funds Management Scenario Planning Promotion Planning Claims Management Customer Business Planning Unit test. Professional & Technical Skills: *Professional Attributes : Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills; Ability to multitask by managing multiple projects and completing priorities; Ability to work and lead cross functional teams spread across multiple geographies and diverse cultures; Excellent client focus interpersonal skills. *Technical Skills: 1. Should have master data configuration knowledge in SAP CRM for SAP Trade management solution. 2. Should have knowledge about ECC integration for master data replication, SAP SD OTC cycle, pricing, rebates, deduction claim settlement functionality. 3. Lead and drive the CRM/ TPM process workshops and lead the Functional Design Requirement gathering, functional, technical design Budgeting, Demonstrate and explain TPM functionality to end users Triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP Trade Management. - The JOB FAMILY and PROJECT ROLE information are not for candidate's experience. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
