Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure Workday US Payroll applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of Workday US Payroll applications, ensuring successful project delivery. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery. - Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Workday US Payroll. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Core HCM. - Strong understanding of Workday Payroll business processes and configuration. - Experience with Workday Payroll integrations and reporting. - Experience with Workday Payroll security and compliance. - Experience with Workday Payroll testing and deployment methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday US Payroll. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful Workday Payroll projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
