Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Your creativity and expertise will drive innovation and contribute to the growth of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverables. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timeline and budget. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members. - Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. - Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management. - Strong understanding of security compliance frameworks and regulations. - Experience in developing and implementing security policies and procedures. - Knowledge of risk assessment and vulnerability management. - Familiarity with security incident response and management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with security auditing and assessment tools. - Recommendation: Familiarity with cloud security and data protection. - Experience in conducting security assessments and audits. - Knowledge of secure coding practices and secure software development lifecycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Security Compliance Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
