Summary: As an SAP Project/Release Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing project timelines, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project success. Must have SAP background & SAP project management experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Manage project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to ensure project success. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. - End to end SAP project management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Strong program and project management skills in SAP projects. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Specialization. - Experience managing software development projects, including Agile methodologies. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams. - Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana. - Experience with software development methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Program Project Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai or Kolkata office.
