Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Play the role of Lead Solution Consultant for Procure to Pay Track (all modules of Procurement). Customer facing role. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process. - Oversee the entire application development process. - Ensure successful implementation of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - 15+ years of Overall Experience - 10+ years of experience of implementation of Oracle Procurement in EBS and Oracle Cloud - Should have led 3-4 projects as Oracle Procurement to Pay consultant / Lead in Oracle Cloud. - Experience of doing customer requirements, solution design, .conducting CRPs, Training and deployment. - Contribute as an IC and show exemplary commitment on project. - Good spoken and written communication is a must. - Team player. - Positive Attitude and ability to deal with conflicts is a must. Additional Information: - Oracle Certifications pertaining to Oracle Fusion Cloud - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Oracle Procurement Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Bachelor's degree in computer science or information science from a reputed Institute is required.
