Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve SAP HANA DB Administration and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, build, and configuration of applications, acting as the primary point of contact. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, and risk management. - Perform SAP HANA DB Administration tasks, including installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. - Ensure the quality of deliverables, including code reviews, testing, and documentation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: 12+ years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA modeling, SAP HANA SQL Scripting, and SAP HANA performance tuning. - Strong understanding of SAP HANA architecture and administration best practices. - Experience with SAP HANA backup and recovery procedures. - Experience with SAP HANA security and user management. - Solid grasp of database concepts and SQL. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP HANA DB Administration. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful SAP HANA projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
