Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the Agile project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software products. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business analysts, to ensure project success. - Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets. - Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with project management best practices, including Agile methodologies, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile project management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software development, including knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project success. - Solid understanding of project management best practices, including Agile methodologies. - Experience in managing project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
