Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring effective governance, resource management, and stakeholder communication to align project portfolios with strategic objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate, and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Ensure effective governance of project portfolios. - Manage resources and stakeholder communication. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Program Project Management, Workday Project Management (PM). - Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading application design and development projects. - Knowledge of Workday Core HCM and its functionalities. - Experience in program and project management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies. - Familiarity with HR processes and systems. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Led PMO operations ensuring alignment of project portfolios with strategic objectives through effective governance resource management and stakeholder communication is required. - Mandatory to have workday related certification.
