Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, ensuring its smooth functioning, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Oversee the application development process - Ensure the smooth functioning of applications - Provide guidance and support to the team - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to make key decisions - Identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in the application development process Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BASIS Administration - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration - Strong understanding of SAP BASIS Administration - Experience in configuring and maintaining SAP systems - Knowledge of SAP system installation, upgrades, and patches - Familiarity with SAP system monitoring and performance tuning - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving SAP system issues - Knowledge of SAP security and authorization concepts Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP BASIS Administration - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
