Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for the application - Oversee the application development process - Ensure successful project delivery Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance, SAP FI CO Finance, SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles - Must have experience in migration of SAP FI/CO to S4 Hana finance solutions. - Experience with SAP FI S/4HANA Central Finance implementation - Knowledge of SAP FI CO Finance module - Experience in designing and configuring applications - Ability to lead and manage a team Additional Information: - The candidate MUST have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP FI/CO - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
