Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve managing Agile projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the Agile project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure project success. - Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules. - Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues to ensure project success. - Ensure compliance with project management best practices, including Agile methodologies and project management tools. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in Agile project management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project success. - Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. - Experience with project management best practices, including risk management, scope management, and budget management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Agile project management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering successful software projects. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
