Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of projects and ensuring successful implementation. With your expertise in Workday Core HCM and Workday Project Management (PM), you will play a crucial role in driving the team towards project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for the project. - Manage the delivery of projects and ensure successful implementation. - Provide guidance and support to the team throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Project Management (PM). - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Experience in leading and managing application development projects. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - Must have relevant delivery experience as Delivery Manager. - Mandatory to have related Certifications.
