Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and collaborating with multiple teams to make key decisions. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: Having 2 or more end to end Sap Implementation experience as Technical Lead. Should have team leading experience and manage around 12-15 developers. Responsible for quality process and ensure all the deliverables are delivered up to marks. Interact with onshore counter part and client as part of day-to-day activities. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. Act as the primary point of contact for the application development process. Oversee the entire application development process. Ensure successful implementation of applications. Lead the TR movement process using Charm process. Experience in delivering presentations / training sessions Experienced in working in multicultural and cross-border teams Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development, SAP EWM, SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Strong understanding of SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development. Experience with SAP EWM technical and have good understanding of EWM process like inbound, outbound, physical inventory, internal movement etc. Experience with SAP ABAP Development for HANA. Experience in RF Functionality setup. Solid grasp of data munging techniques, including data cleaning, transformation, and normalization to ensure data quality and integrity. Should be hands-on and expert in various areas like enhancement, RF, PPF, interfaces etc. Good understanding of interfaces using OData and RESP API. Added advantage if has experienced in Automated warehouse Integration with SAP EWM Added advantage if work in S/4 EWM Landscape Strong troubleshooting skill The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development Additional Information: 15 years full-time education is required
