Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve collaborating with multiple teams, making key decisions, and providing solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. With your expertise in Program Project Management, you will contribute to the success of the project and drive innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan for the Project. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Establish detailed project timelines, milestones, and budgets. - Oversee day-to-day project activities and ensure adherence to project plans. - Develop and implement Project governance frameworks, processes, and best practices for the ERP project. - Ensure compliance with organizational project management methodologies and standards. - Monitor and report on project performance, including progress against milestones, budget adherence, and risk management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Candidate should know Basic SAP Finance or should have finance background . He/She should have the Finance knowledge or ability to still run the tasks at ease without FI knowledge - Manage Client Stakeholders, work under pressure, coordinate across geographies/Teams in a mutli cultural environment - Drive calls proactively, Present stakeholder committee reports to Project Leadership, Client and Accenture Leadership - Drive Planview, IRC, gating, SPMF etc - Prepare Project Plan, highlight Risks upfront and mitigate the same before those become issues - Communicate clearly and effectively - Manage Project KPIs and Service Deliverables Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in Program Project Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full-time education is required
