"Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for routin work and requested work (Standard and Non-Standard), inquiry response, troubleshooting, development. Your typical day will involve working with Japanese language and Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) to maintain applications. System Summary: The initiative to improve company sales by centrally managing information about customers and negotiations in a system, widely sharing them among employees, and utilizing them in various forms. It is an integrated CRM platform and a SaaS-type subscription-based application that allows for centralized sharing and web-based management of information for each individual customer across all departments, such as marketing and sales. Roles & Responsibilities: - Perform routing work and requested work (Standard) according to procedure manuals. - Perform non-standard work requests according to client demands.(Including investigation, etc.) - Inquiry response. - Need to maintain data in the production environment. - Planning the system operation schedules according to business needs. - Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manuals. - Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Work on design, manufacture, test and other aspects of the development according to the needs. - Troubleshoot and debug application issues, providing timely resolution to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. - Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, procedure manuals, and user manuals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Basic Japanese language (N3). - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud operation 1 year. - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Salesforce Community Cloud operation 1 year. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 1 years of experience in Japanese language. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
