Summary: As an Application Lead for SAP Quality Management (QM), you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. You will act as the primary point of contact and work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP QM to develop and implement solutions that meet business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP QM solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. - Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring successful project delivery. - Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to project milestones and deadlines. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in SAP QM and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Production Planning (PP) and Material Management (MM). - Strong understanding of SAP QM processes and functionality. - Experience with SAP QM configuration and customization. - Experience with SAP QM integration with other SAP modules. - Solid grasp of SAP QM reporting and analytics tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful SAP QM solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
