Must have Skills : SAP FI CO Finance Good to Have Skills : No Industry Specialization Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : 1: We are seeking an 12- 18 years of experienced SAP FICO Finance and Controlling Manager to lead our finance and accounting systems team 2: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and management, along with proven leadership skills 3: The SAP FICO Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FICO modules to ensure optimal financial processes and data integrity 4: Define and enforce best practices for SAP FICO configuration, data management, and security 5: Provide strategic guidance on leveraging SAP FICO capabilities to improve financial processes and decision-making Technical Experience : 1: Lead a team of SAP FICO consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations 2: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP FICO solutions 3: Manage end-to-end SAP FICO implementation projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and project tracking 4: Configure SAP FICO modules to meet business needs, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards 5: Monitor and maintain the SAP FICO systems performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly 6: Oversee data migration and integration processes between SAP FICO and other systems Professional Attributes : 1: Resource should have good communication skills 2: Resource should have good leadership skills Educational Qualification: Minimum 15 years of fulltime education Additional Info :
