About the Role



Deputy Manager / Manager Application Engineering



Responsibilities



  • Provide technical solutions and resolve client queries related to MCCB, ACB, Contactors, and other switchgear components.
  • Lead customer interactions and ensure timely approvals of engineering deliverables.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed for technical discussions and approvals.
  • Guide and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Drive goal-oriented execution and maintain discipline and punctuality.
  • Communicate effectively with international customers (verbal and written).
  • Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of LV switchgear products and protection relays.
  • Attend technical meetings with customers for drawing approvals.
  • Take initiative in cost reduction, design standardisation, and process improvements.


Qualifications



B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication / Electrical and Electronics / Electrical



Required Skills



3 7 years of experience



Pay range and compensation package



Full-time
