Job Description
Job Title: Application Developer Progress 4GL/Open Edge
Experience: 35 Years
Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune
Qualification: BE/BTech or MCA
Shift: General
Mandatory skills: Application development using Progress 4GL/Open Edge 10.x, 11.x, 12.x etc. + Experience in VPAS application development + Exp in using Progress 4GL debugger
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using Progress 4GL/Open Edge.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with teams to deliver quality solutions.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Progress 4GL/Open Edge (10.x, 11.x, 12.x).
- Good understanding of Progress Database (indexes, triggers, schema, performance tuning).
- Knowledge of ADM and Web Services.
- Experience with Progress 4GL debugger.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- Knowledge of US Life Insurance domain.
- Experience with VPAS application development.
