Kenko Wellness is a fast-growing wellness brand focused on building technology-driven solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. We are looking for a highly skilled Flutter Developer to lead and scale our mobile application infrastructure.

We are seeking a hands-on Flutter Application Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance mobile applications.

This is an on-site role based in BKC, Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with product, backend, and design teams.

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Ensure clean architecture and scalable code structure.
• Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and smooth UI/UX.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.

• Work with backend infrastructure hosted on DigitalOcean, Supabase, and AWS.
• Implement real-time database integrations using Supabase.
• Handle API integrations and ensure secure authentication workflows.
• Manage push notifications and background services.

• Manage app deployments on Play Store and App Store.
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines are maintained.
• Monitor performance metrics and resolve production issues.
• Work with cloud services on AWS when required.

• Implement secure authentication flows.
• Ensure data protection and encryption standards.
• Handle user data responsibly with compliance best practices.

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs.
• Coordinate with backend developers for smooth API integration.
• Participate in product planning and feature roadmapping.
• Report directly to founders / tech leadership.

• Strong experience in Flutter & Dart.
• Experience with Supabase (authentication, real-time database, storage).
• Experience managing DigitalOcean droplets or infrastructure.
• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS preferred).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and state management (Provider / Riverpod / Bloc).
• Experience with Git and version control systems.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.

• 24+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• Experience building scalable consumer-facing applications.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
