Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to develop innovative solutions and ensure seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the founding team to define, design, and launch new mobile app features. - Develop high-quality, scalable mobile applications. - Ensure excellent performance, responsiveness, and stability across all mobile devices. - Work closely with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services seamlessly. - Troubleshoot and optimize mobile app performance to minimize bugs and bottlenecks. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends in mobile development, social media, and AI, applying innovations to enhance the user experience. - Maintain clean, testable, and well-documented codebases. - Participate in all stages of the application lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and testing. Qualifications: - Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a software engineer - Proven experience developing native mobile applications (iOS or Android). - Expertise in Swift (iOS) and familiarity with Kotlin (Android) or a willingness to learn. - Strong understanding of mobile design principles and UI/UX best practices. - Experience working with APIs (e.g., REST, gRPC) and handling network protocols like HTTP. - Familiarity with microservice architectures and how mobile clients interact with distributed systems. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). - Knowledge of mobile build tools and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. - BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience developing with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT APIs) or integrating AI into mobile products. - Understanding of cloud infrastructure and mobile deployment processes (e.g., App Store, Play Store). - Familiarity with mobile analytics and tools for measuring app performance. - Comfort working in fast-paced environments with a startup mindset. - Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally with designers, backend engineers, and product managers.
