Summary: We are seeking an experienced Azure Data Infrastructure Architect to design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and high-performing Azure cloud data solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) on Azure, with a strong focus on data services, cloud security, and infrastructure automation. Roles and Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement Azure Data Solutions including Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Azure MySQL, SQL Data Warehouse, and Cosmos DB. • Architect and deploy Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions to support data workflows and automation. • Establish and manage cloud network architecture utilizing Azure Virtual Networks, Virtual WAN, VPN, and Express Route to ensure seamless hybrid connectivity. • Administer Azure Active Directory for user management, authentication, authorization, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). • Manage user access and security through role-based assignments, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and resource groups. • Configure and maintain Azure Key Vault for secure handling of secrets, keys, and certificates. • Develop and implement disaster recovery and backup strategies aligned with business Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) requirements. • Lead Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform or ARM templates for consistent and automated deployments. • Drive Azure DevOps practices including pipeline creation, repository management, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) automation. • Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics Workspace. • Design Azure Monitor-based solutions to enable proactive monitoring, alerting, and observability across cloud and hybrid environments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, delivering technical guidance and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. • Stay current with Azure technologies and best practices to continuously enhance cloud infrastructure and data architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong expertise in Azure Data Services: Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake Storage, Databricks, Azure SQL DB, MySQL, SQL DW, Cosmos DB. • Hands-on experience with Azure networking: Virtual Networks, Virtual WAN, VPN, Express Route. • Deep knowledge of Azure Active Directory, RBAC, IAM, and security management. • Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and ARM templates. • Skilled in Azure DevOps, including pipeline automation, release management, and source control. • Experience configuring and managing Azure Key Vault for secure secrets management. • Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and implementation on Azure. • Expertise in monitoring and diagnostics with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics. • Strong scripting and automation capabilities with PowerShell, CLI, or similar tools. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Additional Information: • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or equivalent certification is highly preferred. • Knowledge of multi-cloud and hybrid cloud strategies will be advantageous. • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. • Willingness to mentor and guide junior team members. • Flexible to adapt to evolving technologies and business needs. • A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
