Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed and implemented effectively to support the organization's goals and objectives. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, analyzing business requirements, designing and developing applications, and testing and debugging code to ensure the applications are functioning correctly and meeting the specified requirements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and develop high-quality software solutions based on business requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze user requirements. - Perform code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to identify and resolve issues. - Ensure the applications are scalable, secure, and performant. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the applications. - Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Experience with SAP PP module and its integration with other modules. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning concepts. - Knowledge of SAP PP configuration and customization. - Experience in implementing and supporting SAP PP solutions. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules. - Experience with SAP ABAP programming language. - Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 development. - Experience with SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industries). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
