Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of applications and collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: -Candidate should be responsible for FileNet development/configuration changes along with developing the features/changes in Backend JAVA Technologies. -Candidate should have hands on at FileNet Object Configurations, designing Workflow Templates, lifecycles. -Candidate should be able to drive the functional changes from requirements phase till deployment phase. -Candidate should be able to communicate with business team fluently. -Candidate should be able to provide support to L2 team/business users wherever required. -Candidate should be able to analyze the requirements and estimate the development efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: -Experience into Java and FileNet Technology. -Hands-on experience on IBM FileNet tool -Hands-on experience Java, Spring boot Hibernate -Exposure to tools like Git, JIRA, TeamCity. -Exposure to Cloud technology is added advantage. -Good to have knowledge of banking domain. -Should have good communication skills. -Should have good analytical skills. -Should have worked in Agile development model. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IBM FileNet ECM Tools. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
