Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that the applications are developed according to the specified requirements and standards. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team to understand the business needs, designing and developing applications using Sitecore, and configuring the applications to meet the desired functionality. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. -Sitecore XM Cloud & Vercel Integration: Develop, deploy, and maintain headless Sitecore XM Cloud instances with Vercel, leveraging serverless functions, edge caching, and fast global delivery. -Headless Sitecore Architecture: Build and optimize Sitecore XM Cloud for a headless setup with Vercel as the front-end deployment platform, using frameworks such as Next.js. -Development & Customization: Create reusable components, templates, and APIs, ensuring seamless content delivery and efficient data management. -Serverless Functions: Leverage Vercels serverless functions to create dynamic, on-demand experiences integrated with Sitecore's backend APIs. -CI/CD and Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines, leveraging Vercel and GitHub Actions to streamline deployments and automate workflows for faster time-to-market. -Performance Optimization: Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize for fast-loading, responsive, and efficient user experiences. Utilize Vercel's analytics and Sitecore's -monitoring tools to ensure performance consistency. -Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support content delivery and ensure the Sitecore-Vercel stack meets business objectives and user experience goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sitecore. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS, GraphQL (Query Language), Sitecore MVC. -Proficient in C#, .NET, and Sitecore. -Expertise with Next.js on Vercel and familiarity with serverless architectures. -Solid experience with API development, RESTful services, and GraphQL. -Headless CMS experience, especially with Sitecore Experience Edge or related headless Sitecore configurations. -Strong understanding of CI/CD and version control tools, including Git and GitHub Actions. -Front-End Frameworks: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sitecore. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required. -Sitecore Certification is preferred; experience with Vercel deployments is a plus.
