Summary: As an Application Developer in the Project Control Services team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the team, making team decisions, and engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. You will also provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project control services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME in Program Control Services - Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively - Responsible for team decisions and ensuring smooth operations - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Ensure efficient project control services - Implement best practices in program control services - Continuously improve processes and procedures Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services - Strong understanding of project control methodologies - Experience in designing and building applications - Knowledge of business process and application requirements - Experience with configuration and customization of applications Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Control Services - This position is based at our Pune office - A 15 years full time education is required
